Purpose of the Workshop

The purpose of the workshop is to familiarize the participants with the

Koha software. The workshop aims to impart hands-on experience to

participants on installation of Koha in linux platform and operation of the

same.

TARGET PARTICIPANTS

25 library and information science professionals, academicians, research

scholars and

MLIS students will be admitted on “first come first serve basis”.

Venue: Chinmaya Institute of Technology, Chala, Kannur, Kerala 670 007.

Accommodation: Limited accommodation may be arranged at the Institute
Hostel and other available facilities on a payment basis.

Workshop Fee:

General Candidates: Rs.1000.00.

Library Science Students: Rs.500.00.

(Workshop fee includes Workshop Kit, Working Lunch & Refreshments).

Workshop fee should be paid in the form of a DD/ Multi City Cheque / Online

fund transfer

in favour of Chinmaya Institute of Technology, Kannur, Kerala.

Completed Workshop Registration Form along with Demand Draft/ Multi City
