Short Term Course

UGC-Human Resource Development Centre, Mizoram University (http://www.hrdcmzu.in/), Aizawl and Department of Library & Information Science, Mizoram University (Central University), Aizawl is jointly organizing a one week Shot Term Course on “Digital Library and E-Resource Management” which is scheduled to be held from 17th August, 2015 – 22nd August, 2015. The venue of the said Short Term Course shall be the Department of Library and Information Science, Mizoram University, Aizawl.
Library and Information Science professionals (especially for
faculties, librarians and other library professionals) working in any type of
organisation or library can participate in this Short Term Course. Participant
should be conversant with computer operations and may get preference over
others. Preference will be given to those who have their own personal laptop
(with minimum 1 Gb RAM & 40 Gb Hard Disk). The number of participants shall
be restricted to 30 only and selected participants shall be called for the Short
Term Course after submitting their registration form through proper channel.
Selected participants shall be provided free registration,
accommodation (if required), service lunch and tea. TA/DA will not be paid to
anyone. Forms can be downloaded from UGC-HRDC website (http://www.hrdcmzu.in/index.php/downloads)
and hard copy of application submitted well in advance to Director, UGC-Human Resource Development Centre, Mizoram University,
Aizawl – 796 004.
