CENTRE FOR STUDIES IN SOCIAL SCIENCES, CALCUTTA

            Advertisement for the post of Librarian CSSSC invites applications for the post of Librarian in PB 3: 15600-39100+6600 GP plus allowances as admissible to Central Government employees, adopted by the institute.

 

Qualifications and experience: 

1. Good academic record with a Post-graduate degree, preferably in social science subject and a good M Lib degree from a recognised university. 

2. At least ten years experience in Libraries of reputed Universities/Research Institutions of which at least five years should be in senior capacity.

 3. Experience in handling computerised Library Services 

4. Prior experience in heading an institutional library will be an added qualification 

Age: Preferably below 45 years
