The Department of Library and Information Science, Bharathidasan University invites applications for the post of Senior Investigator -1; Health Assistant – 2.

Eligible & interested candidates have invited for WALK-IN-INTERVIEW for the following purely temporary positions of Senior Investigator-1 and Health Assistant – 2 for the ICMR and ICSSR sponsored research project entitled “Design and Evaluation of Prototype Health Information System for the Rural Women in Perambalur District of Tamil Nadu”.

Duration of the project       : 19 Months

Project Position                    :  Senior Investigator -1; Health Assistant – 2

Fellowship Amount             : Senior Investigator - Rs.32, 000/- Per Month (consolidated)
                                                   Health Assistant – Rs. 8,000/- Per Month (consolidated)

Eligibility Requirements     : Senior Investigator (MLIS, First class with NET or SLET)
  Health Assistant (BLIS, MLIS or B.Sc Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery (GNM) or             equivalent or ANM with any State Nursing Council


Interested candidates those who fulfilling eligibility criteria may present themselves before the Selection Committee along with CV and a passport size photograph, with details of academic qualifications from +2 onwards on 01^st October, 2018 at 11.00 A.M in the Department of Library and Information Science, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli – 620 024.
