CSIR - NISCAIR, New Delhi is organizing a short-term training programme on "Library Automation and Networking".

Dates: May 09-13, 2016.

Venue: CSIR - NISCAIR, 14 Satsang Vihar Marg, Special Institutional Area, New Delhi - 110 067.

Course fee: Rs. 4800/- (without accommodation) and Rs. 6900/- (with accommodation).

The course fee without accommodation include Course kit, boarding lunch, two times tea.
The course fee with accommodation include Course kit, boarding lunch, two times tea and transport facility from guest house to training venue and back.

The programme covers topics like: Application of IT in Libraries; Library Automation: Introduction and Current; Trends; Library Automation Software Package - hands-on;
Barcode Technology and RFID Technology; Digital Libraries Software Package - hands-on; Networking etc.

The scanned copies of fille in application form and demand draft of requisite fee can be sent by mail for reserving the seat followed by hard copies though post.
