The Raman Research Institute,
Bangalore is looking for a "Library Trainee". Candidates interested in
acquiring hands on exposure to new paradigms in the profession may
apply. The position is temporary. At the first instance, the position
will be offered for a period of one year from the date of joining. This
is likely to be extended by one more year.
Selection criteria:
Essential:
The candidate must have an MLISc degree with excellent academic record.
He/she must demonstrate good English communication skills.
Desirable:
Candidates with working knowledge and experience in the usage of
computers, and with experience in library and information services will
be preferred.
Remuneration: Rs 15,000 per month plus HRA
