ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
(i) Ph.D. in Library & Information Science with 4(four) years relevant experience in a supervisory position

OR
M.Lib./M.L.I.Sc. or equivalent with 10 years relevant experience in a supervisory position.
(ii) Evidence of innovative library services, published work and professional commitments.
(iii) Experience in computerized library operations and networking or IT environment.

AGE LIMIT: 45 years
plus age relaxation of 3 years available under reservation policy.


2. SCIENTIST-B (LIBRARY SCIENCE):

1 posts - reserved for OBC (non-creamy layer)
Essential Qualification : MLib/MLISc/Equivalent with 1(one) year experience.
PAY BAND : Rs.15600-39,100 (PB-3) plus Grade Pay Rs.5,400/-

AGE LIMIT : 35 years plus age relaxation of 3 years available under reservation policy.

Submission of Papers

Original and unpublished papers on the conference themes are invited for presentation at the conference. The full paper in word file should be sent to the e-mail attachment to etlisconference2017@gmail.com. Papers will be accepted only after strict review by editorial committee. The Editorial Board reserves the right of addition, deletion, alteration and rejection of the articles without any prior intimation to the author(s). A declaration by the author(s) should be given separately stating that the paper has not been presented / published elsewhere. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN. Selected papers may be published in the SALIS journals.

Author Guidelines

Research paper should not exceed 6 pages with an abstract not exceeding 200 words and at least 3 keywords (line space: 1.5, font size: 12, font: Times New Roman, reference: APA). Papers will not be accepted without registration fee. Papers accepted for presentation will be intimated to the first author by e-mail. Co-authors need to pay the registration fee separately.

Last Date for Registration              : 25.01.2017

Registration Fee: Rs.300/-
For Students and full time Research Scholars: Rs.200/-
Conference Proceedings: Rs.300/-(In addition to the registration fee)
