Essential qualification: Master Degree in Library & Information Science (MLIS)
Desirable: Knowledge of computer application in library & information services

Job requirement: To assist in different information services (classification, cataloging, indexing, data migration, data validation, digitization, etc.) in the field of oceanography - a multi-disciplinary science subject. The job requires the ability to understand the science topics, use of vocabulary control tools and sometimes to work independently by inferring the needs of the organization.
