The National
Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS), under the Ministry of
Tribal Affairs, is conducting ESSE-2025 for direct recruitment of
teaching and non-teaching staff, including the Librarian post, across Eklavya
Model Residential Schools (EMRSs) nationwide.

3. Scheme of Examination
- Mode:
- Tier-I: MCQ-based, OMR
(pen-paper)
- Tier-II: Combination of
descriptive & MCQ (OMR)
- Selection: Final selection based on Tier-II
merit only (no interview).

7. Important Instructions for Candidates

- Bachelor’s Degree in Library
Science (min. 50% marks), OR

& Information Science (min. 50% marks), OR

Library & Information Science (min. 50% marks)

in a residential school

images will be available on the NESTS website for a limited period (dates

Provisional Answer Keys:
Displayed for 2–3 days.

Challenging Answers: Candidates
can challenge answer(s) by paying a non-refundable fee of ₹1000 per question.
·
Challenge Process: Only online,
paid challenges accepted; no email or letter submissions.
·
Expert Review: Subject experts
will review challenges; their decision is final.
·
Fee Refund: If a challenge is
accepted, the fee will be refunded after result declaration.
·
Final Results: Based on the
final answer key prepared by subject experts.
