*Essential* *qualification*
(i) Master's Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation
with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point
scale and consistently good academic record. (ii) 8 years experience as an
Assistant Librarian/Librarian of reputed Institute.(iii) Evidence of
innovative library services, published work and Professional commitment.
*Desirable*
PhD/M.Phil in Library Science/Information Science.
*No. of Post: *Library Information Assistant - 1(UR)
*Pay Band with Grade Pay - *PB-2; Rs.9300-34800; GP : Rs. 4200
*Essential* (i) Master Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/
documentation or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate,
preceded by a consistently good academic record; (ii) Service experience at
a reputed Institute for minimum of 05 years; (iii) Knowledge of computers,
internet and other recent advances in library operation management.
*Desirable *Experience in computerization of Library and library
e-operation and e-management.
